CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
VIRTUAL DANCE CAMPS
We understand that things come up and you may need to cancel your participation in camp. To do so, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you cancel with more than 14 days till the session start date, then you will receive all money paid EXCEPT a $10 refund fee
If you cancel 14 days or less before the start of the session you will not receive a refund
IN-PERSON DANCE CAMPS
You are always welcome to transfer your camp to a different location hosted by BOLD Arts during the same summer. However, we understand that things come up and you may need to cancel all together. To do so, please call or email us at email@example.com with this information.
If you cancel with more than 30 days till the session start date, then you will receive all money paid EXCEPT $100 refund
15-30 days until the session start date, 50% refund
2 weeks prior to start of session = NO REFUND
These cancellation policies do not apply to any of our camps hosted by our partners All Saints Episcopal Day School, Reeves-Reed Arboretum, and Union County Performing Arts Center (UCPAC).
